This has been one of the most unpleasant weeks weather wise that I can remember in a long time.  It’s really had me wanting to stay home next to the fire and veg out with the family and some netflix.

I do love shooting this time of year though, and I’ve got some fun things planned for a couple of personal projects that will get me out in the elements with some brave models and creating regardless of the weather.

The images accompanying this post were part of our holiday card shoot this year.  Rheanna, Kaila and I wanted to create the feel of a winter wonderland beauty look in the studio. 

Great models, great crew, a great end to a great year.  Can’t wait to start sharing what 2012 has been bringing!

Wow, it’s been a while. 

I’ve always pretty much been a one man show, and bring on individual team members for particular projects.   As busy as the past season has been for me it’s become very apparent that it’s time to step up the game a bit and put together a regular group of folks to streamline production, which makes a much more enjoyable experience for clients and most importantly keeps me on schedule and sane.  Hopefully I’ll be able to find time to be more interactive here and talk more frequently about the things I’m working on.  I’ll be introducing everyone to the new team in future posts.  Meanwhile – tip your hats and raise your glasses to what’s been a good year despite the hard times we’re all facing.
